PottyMouth transforms completely unstructured and
untrusted text to valid, nice-looking, completely
safe XHTML. PottyMouth is designed to handle input
text from non-technical, potentially careless, or
malicious users. It produces HTML that is
completely safe, programmatically and visually, to
include on any Web page. You don't need to make
your users read any instructions before they start
typing. They don't even need to know that
PottyMouth is being used.

libQTidy is a library and some helper programs
that make it easier for developer to integrate
Tidy in Qt applications.

jQuery XPath is a plugin which provides a fully-featured XPath 2.0 query language implementation in JavaScript which can be used to query both HTML and XML documents in old and modern Web browsers.

getrss is a small Ruby RSS aggregator. It grabs a list of URLs, converts RSS to HTML, and outputs to a file. Formatting is performed based on a passed code block.

Dexter is a tool that allows users to define
extended attributes which can be associated with
descriptors and editors. These attributes can be
embedded into any well-formed XML document. The
resulting embellished document, the 'source', is
then input to the dexter engine. This will
generate one or more XSLT stylesheets describing
the input document interpolating editor
modifications and any instructions specified by
the descriptors. As dexter's operations are
specified exclusively with extended attributes,
all but the most unforgiving of XML content
viewers will continue to see the decorated source
exactly as the designer saw it before.

The purpose of the Tagmogrifier library is to let
you perform fast and easy-to-program
transformations on XML documents. Instead of
having to write your own parser, or directly
using the PHP DOM parser, and having to write your
own tree walker and such, you only need to
instantiate a class, add a few match expressions,
and assign a function to process every XML element
that matches, DOM-style.

4store is an efficient, scalable, and stable RDF database. It was developed to underpin Semantic Web applications. It has been providing a base platform for these applications for around 3 years. It has successfully held and run queries over databases of 15GT, supporting a Web application used by hundreds of thousands of people.

phpCacheAdmin is a Web application for administrating and debugging Memcached. It allows you to delete or view the current contents of the server and specify the output cache time. It also has the potential to be expanded to xDebug, FileCache, radishes, and other types of caches.

websqlclient (WSQLC or wiskl) is a lightweight HTTP server which allows an end user to access JDBC data sources via automatically-generated data entry screens. It is designed to be used with standard Web browsers and wireless tablet PCs, and is highly configurable. It can connect to any JDBC data source. Its main purpose is to provide rapid data-model-driven development. The websqlclient data entry forms are generated by querying the database system table information, but can be configured manually. websqlclient includes a database-agnostic data loading utility (SQLLoader), a data unloading tool (SQLExport), and SQL scripting capabilities.

The HTML::Defaultify Perl module is designed
to allow CGI programmers to present forms
with some fields filled in, which is handy for
letting users correct bad input, show records to
be edited, and much more. The main function,
defaultify(), takes any block of HTML and a
hash of field names and values, and returns
the HTML with the form fields set to those
values. Value lists for multiple same-named
fields are supported, as are pages with
multiple forms. Several different input formats
are supported for compatibility with existing
tools.

FLATE is a library used to handle HTML template files outside C code as well as basic CGI input/output such as retrieving variables from HTML forms or cookies. Template files can be manipulated from the C code with various functions to change variables and display or hide part of the HTML code. The best way to sum it up would be that printf("<html>hello</html>"); is now history.
