CGI::Application::Generator provides a means by
which a CGI::Application-based module can be
created from code, as opposed to being written by
hand. This module is intended to create the shell
of an application module, based on the
specification you provide. It will not output a
completely functional application without
additional coding. It will, however, create the
structural parts of your application common to all
CGI::Application-based modules. This module is
intended to ease the creation of new
CGI::Application modules and to encourage
standardization of CGI::Application coding styles.

Secured Object for Database Abstraction is a database abstraction layer for PHP with the ability to store encrypted properties in a read-only or write-only way.

Javeline PlatForm is an application development framework for building applications that run in Web browsers but look and feel like conventional desktop applications.

SoQt is a GUI toolkit for using Coin/Open Inventor
with Qt. The design focus is on RAD (Rapid
Application Development) for 3D graphics applications.

RemoteApps is a development framework for Web apps
that includes an application server, a client
viewer, and libraries that use a binary stateful
asynchronous protocol.

jSettings is a framework for Java developers,
allowing them to import configuration and settings
from external files, manage the imports (access,
add, delete, and modify the settings), and export
the changes back to files. Features include
support for settings validation using regular
expressions, system-wide and user-specific
management, the ability to undo changes, flushing
to files, and more.

Moonlight is an open source implementation of
Silverlight (http://silverlight.net), primarily
for Linux and other Unix/X11 based operating
systems. It lets you develop and run Silverlight
applications on Linux; the engine can also be used
for desktop applications.

seedBlogs is a modular building block that lets
you add PHP and MySQL-backed dynamic content to
any Web site. You design and build your Web site
however you want; seedBlogs simply handles the
dynamic part. You can plug seedBlogs modules into
your Web site wherever you want lists of posts (or
books, news, quotes, etc.) to appear. With very
little effort, you can create a customized Web
site that you and your organization can update and
edit from the Web.

Click'n'Drag is a Python module that introduces the "Plane" class, which extends PyGame's "Surface" functionality, offering a hierarchy of mouse-sensitive, draggable Surfaces that can be used as sprites, windows, icons, or other interactive elements. In addition, the clickndrag.gui module uses clickndrag to provide basic GUI elements like container, label, text box, option list, and button.

WebDyne is a dynamic content engine for Apache or FastCGI servers such as lighttpd. It allows Perl code to be linked or embedded into HTML pages, selective
rendering of HTML sections within pages based on
logic, and much more. It supports features such as templating, and selective caching of dynamic content to minimise server load and increase throughput.

PlugBoard is an Application framework made in
Python and built on top of setuptools and Zope
interfaces which help the developer create a
plugin-based application. The framework itself is
very extensible, and allows the application to be
extensible as well. An application is made up of
a plugin resource (get all available plugins in
the application), a context resource (organize
plugins into different contexts), and an engine to
let plugins communicate with each other into
different environments (such as PlugBoard, GTK,
Wx, Qt, Twisted, and so on) and provide some
useful utilities.

Blackbird is the first enterprise service bus
(ESB) for PHP developers. It provides a range of
services, including managing configuration data,
connections to message queues, databases, and
other applications, and many more features. This
makes it possible to very rapidly develop
message-based applications and/or integration layers.

Psychoo is a site modeler for PHP. Using a simple file format to describe the objects used on your site, the system generates HTML forms, databases, and PHP classes from the model.

Awake File is a framework that allows Android and Java Desktop developers to very easily implement file uploads and downloads through HTTP. Security has been taken into account from the design stage: server side configuration allows you to specify strong security rules in order to protect the files. It allows listing, creation, and deletion of remote directories, calling of remote Java methods, and displays nice progress indicators to your users.
