XML for SCRIPT is a simple, non-validating XML DOM and SAX parser written in JavaScript. It was designed to help Web application designers implement cross-platform, client-side manipulation of XML data without having to resort to proprietary platform-limiting solutions. It includes extensive documentation on both its DOM and SAX parsers as well as a host of tools, sample applications, and test suites to aid in developing applications based on its technology.

MozGlade is a libglade based interface to the Mozilla rendering engine, using the gtk/mozilla widget (libgtkembedmoz.so). The interface is created (and can be modified) with Glade, and is built at run-time using libglade.

gSmile is an emoticon manager. It lets you store your emoticons and
find them quickly whenever you need one of them. You can organize your
emoticons in many folders (possibly nested), and with drag-and-drop, you
can quickly and easily insert the right tag (with the emoticon URL) in
your Web browser.

access.see.be is an accessibility library based on
WAI-ARIA. Web developers can use it to enhance
their applications with accessible rich interface
elements. They can also create full accessible
rich Internet applications without excluding users
who depend on assistive technologies like screen
readers.

RLC is a tool that performs reciprocal link
checking automatically. Simply tell it where the
remote Web pages you wish to monitor are, and the
URLs of your links. It will then crawl the remote
Web pages and give you feedback on the latest
status (found, link not found, or page not
found/network error). You may activate the
checking as needed, or set up cron to carry out
the checking once a week or so.

AudioSource Player is a modular audio player with
extensive support for MusicBrainz and Last.fm. It
integrates various online services and keeps the
details out of the user's view.

kReiSSy is an integrated RSS feed reader and Web
browser implemented in pykde. Its distinctive
feature is that you can tag any article you read
in the Internet and it becomes an article you can
view, search, and tag in the main interface.

TouTouJS is a JavaScript framework that provides a cross-browser toolkit and advanced and interactive GUI objects. It is designed to be used in either simple or complex Web sites and applications.

Netscape Security Wrapper manages the loading of NPAPI (Netscape Plugin API) plugins and applies simple policy decisions. The intention is to allow administrators to deploy deprecated, unreliable, or unsafe third party plugins while minimizing the security exposure. Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox, and other NPAPI-compatible browsers are supported on OS X and Linux. Use cases include: restricting plugins to certain domains, restricting the use of deprecated plugins to known outliers, allowing internal corporate workflows which use insecure or deprecated plugins without exposing the plugin to the hostile Internet, and allowing multiple outdated plugin versions (e.g., Java) to co-exist for use in whitelisted, trusted enterprise tools.

The xsbrowser creates a human-readable documentation of XML document types
represented as XML 1.0 DTDs or XML schemas (REC-xmlschema-20010502). The user
needn't understand the DTD or XML Schema syntax. The xsbrowser exploits XML
Schema. Although you can directly feed a DTD into the xsbrowser, it is
recommended to first translate the DTD using the dtd2xs translator. The dtd2xs
translator allows a more sophisticated mapping of DTDs onto XML schemas. The
only requirement is a Web browser that supports Java applets, Javascript, and
CSS1. The Web browser needn't support XML.

kaptcha is a modern version of the SimpleCaptcha
project. By default it is very easy to setup and
use and the default output produces a captcha that
is hard to bust and similar to the ones produced
by Yahoo.com.

HTML Tooltip is a JavaScript object that shows custom HTML tooltips when the user drags the mouse over a page element. The tooltip messages can be defined with any formatted HTML content. The template of the tooltip container can be configured, and messages can be shown and hidden smoothly using fade-in and fade-out effects.

Micro File Browser is a simple file manager tool
that lets you browse the complete directory
structure of your Web server.

Libopennet allows developers to open_net() files or URLs
alike, and get a file descriptor back that they can use to
read data from. It supports HTTP (read-only) and FTP
(read or write). It also comes with read_net() to do a
forceful read(), and lseek_net() for calling lseek on the
socket/file.

CHM Reader is an extension to allow Firefox to
read Compiled HTML (.chm) files. After
installation, with "File | Open CHM File", you can
open a CHM file in Firefox. With "View | Sidebar |
CHM Reader" or "Ctrl-E", a sidebar that contains
topics and an index of the CHM files will be shown.
