Model Builder is a graphical tool for designing,
simulating, and analyzing mathematical models
consisting of a system of ordinary differential
equations (ODEs).

extmath.nim is a math library for the Nimrod programming language. It contains functions for basic math, trigonometry, and geometry, as well as quite a few constants.

GLfract uses the file format conventions of Eyefract to view fractal sets in 3D space (as heightmaps) with OpenGL. It supports mouse input and typed commands from keyboard, full control over camera positioning in space and all fractal set parameters, and colormaps.

Octave-FLTK is a language binding to the FLTK GUI
toolkit. It allows you to write programs that use
FLTK in Octave itself.

SharpNoise is a C# port of the coherent noise
generator library libnoise. SharpNoise is a
free-style port, meaning that the API may be
different and only the algorithms were copied
verbatim.

The Graph Invariant Database is a growing
collection of graph invariants, data mining tools,
and visualization software for simple graphs.

Coyotl collects several C++ tools that have proven useful in many of
the author's programs, but which aren't "big enough" to warrant an
individual library. Classes include polymorphic psuedorandom number
generators, floating-point functions and utilities, maze generators, a
simple cross-platform commandline parser, and design-by-contract tools.

ProActive is a Java library for parallel, distributed, and
concurrent computing as well as mobility and security in a
uniform framework. It provides a comprehensive API and a
graphical interface and is based on an Active Object pattern, a
uniform way to encapsulate a remotely accessible object, a
thread as an asynchronous activity, an actor with its own
script, a server of incoming requests, a mobile and secure
agent, and a component with server and client interfaces. It
simplifies the programming of applications distributed over a
LAN, clusters, an intranet, or Internet GRIDs.

PURRS (the Parma University's Recurrence Relation Solver) is a C++ library for the (possibly approximate) solution of recurrence relations. To be more precise, the PURRS will solve: (a) linear constant coefficient recurrence relations of finite order (when the order is 1, parametric coefficients will be allowed); (b) linear recurrence relations of the first order with variable coefficients; (c) systems of linear recurrence relations with constant coefficients; (d) some non-linear recurrence relations of finite order; (e) some linear recurrence relations of infinite order and other generalized recurrences, like those arising from the complexity analysis of algorithms.

This the GTK+ port of Euler, a program for quickly and interactively computing
with real and complex numbers and matrices. It features advanced graphical
capabilities and a simple programming language.

Miramath is an Open Source project inspired by the MathCad mathematical application. The main user interface consists of a page into which mathematical expressions can be entered or edited and then evaluated. It features a Wysiwyg equation editor, automatic evaluation of equations, integrated plotting, symbolic algebra using Sympy, and numerical computations using Scipy.
