Hypernon is a tool to create and maintain hyperlinks between
hypermedia nodes graphically. It allows an author to create hypermedia
document in the same way that they read and to use different link
types.

Ypost is a command line usenet binary file poster. It provides both uuencoding and yEnc encoding posting, speed throttling, and flexible segment reposting ability.

DcMule is based on DC++ and verlihub, and uses a bandwidth- and resource-efficient protocol.

SparkEdit is a 3D scene editor that can be easily extended to match your needs. It uses a simple file format (ASCII) that can also be easily extended.

utility written in Java. It uses Tosec .dat files,
and runs on the console.

WSProps is a utility for calculating the thermodynamic properties of water and steam based upon the IAPWS 95 formulation for the thermodynamic properties of water and steam.

The Matrix Orbital bitmap utilities consist of
pbmtomatrixorbital (which converts a Portable
Bitmap file, possibly created with netpbm, to a
bitmap format for the Matrix Orbital graphic display)
and mo-upload.pl (which takes a file created by
pbmtomatrixorbital and uploads it to the location
indicated).

Vtkqgl is a Qt widget that uses the qgl widget and
supports Vtk, a visualization toolkit from
kitware.

The ICM is an asynchronous communication model for facilitating communication between distributed software processes, especially software agents. It comprises a programming interface (API), a software message handling daemon (the communication server) and a communication protocol. Currently, the bindings of the API are available for APRIL and C. The ICM has features that make it particularly suited for communication across the Internet, such as support for message buffering, intermittently connected devices, mobile agents and communication through firewalls.

Xdmphoto is a "user photo aware" clone of xdm. It offers essentially the same advanced functionalities as kdm and gdm, but only requires the standard X11 libraries and the Xpm library. In combination with xdmopt, xdmphoto allows you to select the window manager, color depth, halt and reboot, mouse config, etc. at the xdm login.

Act Export exports records from an Act database to a delimted text file, which
can then be imported into many other types of databases. It allows user-defined
text separators and field separators.
