Fix magic for application/x-java-keystore on little endian

0xfeedfeed with host32 would be 0xed 0xfe 0xed 0xfe on a little-endian host,
but `hexdump -C -n 4 tests/test.jks` shows:
00000000 fe ed fe ed |....|

Of course it could be a big-endian-generated file, but the more likely
explanation is that the magic is wrong. The 'magic' file from file(1)
says:
0 belong 0xfeedfeed Java KeyStore
which confirms that this value is big-endian, not host.

Add x-systemd-unit and x-dbus-service MIME types

These cover all types of systemd unit file, and D-Bus services, matching
by filename and magic string.

They are added together as both use the .service extension, and hence
can be confused if only matched by name. Matching by content sniffing
disambiguates them, as they use different group headers.

Fix MPEG-2 TS magic

The MPEG-2 TS magic made assumptions which do not hold for the first
packet of every MPEG-2 TS, e.g. that the Continuity Counter is 0 or
the Payload Unit Start Indicator is set.

This alternative approach exploits the fixed packet size of 188 bytes
(192 bytes with BDAV MPEG-2 TS) and checks the first five packets for
the Sync Byte 0x47.
The used offsets partly seem to be a bit high in contrast to other
formats, but MPEG-2 TS files are usually much bigger than that.
