①[Util.cs] [Zanetti.Util] [StreamToFile(Stream input, string filename)]
	「CopyStream(input, fs);」の後に追加（closeしないので、保存したファイルを読み込めない）
				fs.Close();		//----------------- add 
		＊保存したファイルを読まずに、MemoryStreamを直接読む手もある

②[Command.cs] [Zanetti.Commands.CommandExec] [DownloadIndexFile()]
	内容を以下に変更
			IndexFile dlg = new IndexFile();
			dlg.ShowDialog();
			dlg.Dispose();
			return CommandResult.Succeeded;


③クラスを追加し[IndexText.cs]として、以下をペースト
