* removed unused object
* refactored invokeMenuItem()
* always lookup cppwindow to avoid failing type()
* use objects stored inside objects.map to avoid LookupError
* reverted raising timeout to 60s
* added workaround for missing focus on Mac right after

* removed the need to have a shell-script called 'qtcreator'
(make sure to add 'Qt Creator.app' as AUT now)

ScriptConsole: Add Find functionality

SearchResultFindSupport is now renamed as TreeViewFind.
It offers a generic way of searching text in a tree view.
ScriptConsole and SearchResultWidget uses TreeViewFind.

Compile with Qt 5.

QAbstractFileEngine is private in Qt 5. Protect
the header include statement with a version check.

(The actual QAbstractFileEngine usage in this file
already has a version check).

ScriptConsole: Show File and Line Info

Show File and Line Info for items that have the info. Clicking
on the item opens the file and sets the cursor position on
the line. The context menu also provides option to copy contents
and option to clear the view.

Debugger: Fix "attach to QML port"

In this case we don't get any application output / message
telling us that the server is waiting, so let's try to connect
directly.

This is a regression introduced in commit 742019e3017
