net.java.amateras.xlsbeans.annotation.HorizontalRecords
の range で列方向(横)、bottom で行方向(縦)の
相対位置指定ができるが、縦横の範囲でセルを検索
できるようなものがない。

# range では増分まで1ずつ検索をかけ、bottom では位置の
直接指定する、という違いもある。
