AppObjectがReference関連のNotice

PHP4.4系からReferenceに関するエラーチェックがキツくなり
ましたが、
それに関してAppObjectのコンストラクタ上で
$db_list =& $this->_getDBList();
という記述があり、_getDBListはReferenceを返していないの
でNoticeが出ます。

ここの参照代入の表記は普通の代入表記でかまわないと思い
ますがいかがでしょうか。
