Strutsのバージョンについて (2013-07-22 15:14 by mmks #69563)

お世話になっております。

現在Fess8.0を利用させていただいております。
Fess8.0ではStrutsの1.2.9が使用されているようですが、Apache Struts-1.XはEndOfLifeとのこと。
そこでStrutsの2.Xへの移行を検討していただきたいのですが、既に対応を予定されていたりしますでしょうか？

にもあるようにStruts EOLは影響がありません。
Fessのコード量もかなりあり、Struts 2などの移行は莫大な工数が必要なため、
現実的な感じではありません。今後も出てきそうな話ですし、
SAStrutsの事情を説明するのも面倒なので、サポートがある独自のStrutsを
フォークして持つことを検討します。

次のバージョンからは
https://github.com/codelibs/cl-struts
で提供するStrutsを利用するように変更しました。
ですので、EOLされたApache Strutsの利用はなくなりました。
