ファイルシステム検索結果をクリックで，ダウンロードできたりできなかったりする (2016-10-04 09:41 by ruf #78833)

FESS10.2を利用させていただいています。

ファイルシステム検索利用中にて，ファイル名が検索結果にヒットします。それをクリックするとそのファイル名のファイル(例:PDF，TIFF...）がブラウザー経由で保存先フォルダーからダウンロードできますが，それが

できたりできなかったりします。

ちなみにカーソルホバーで表示される

file://192.168.0.1/hoge/fuga/h/f/fugafuga.tif

というパスをコピーし，ブラウザーにコピー&ペーストしてEnterすると問題なくダウンロードできます。ですがハイパーリンクをクリックすると

｢このサーバからロードできませんでした。原因: smb://192.168.0.1/hoge/fuga/h/f/hogehoge.tif｣

などと表示されてダウンローできません。

解決方法をご教示いただければ幸いです。どうぞよろしくお願い致します。

fess.logにログが出力されていませんでしょうか？

確認しましたが，ログに該当するような文字列がありませんでした。

クロール時に設定しているパスワードが変わっている可能性があります。ファイル認証の設定を見直してみるといいかもしれません。
