HTTP proxy is now usable. A userspace ping server, and a "wait" option, which can be used to boost performance greatly was added. Bugs in the HTTP daemon and POP-3 proxy were fixed. IDSA support was updated.
This release contains SMTP proxy improvements, logging improvements, a lightweight HTTP daemon, and much support code for an HTTP gateway (coming soon).
