Mantis Bug Tracker (MantisBT) is a Web-based issue tracking system that is both simple to use and highly customisable. A plugin system allows users to easily create and add new features. MantisBT is over 10 years old and is actively developed.

This release candidate contains about 70 bugfixes and enhancements. Major feature improvements include the addition of an installer to initialize the database and main configuration, support for custom actions in both the group and view pages, an option to put filter at bottom of display, or eliminate it entirely, and a page to review your sponsorships. Other changes include performance improvements compared to 1.0.0a3, major fixes for RSS, fixes to filtering, access control, the signup page, and much more.
