The memory footprint has been reduced. This release fixes various bugs and adds some new options. Translations have been updated.

This release fixes some very minor memory leaks,
updates Finnish, Russian, German, and French
translations, adds a new Hungarian translation,
fixes a crash when trying to access the "More..."
menu of client-list-combined-menu, and has some
minor bugfixes.

Many bugfixes and translation updates, as well as new features.

New login options and a new "Alt-Tab" dialog were
added. Speed and language support were improved.
True transparent windows are supported.
Synchronized window resizing, chrooted key chains,
and key quoting were implemented. Moving maximized
windows between monitors is allowed. New combined
client list menu, keyboard accelerators (using
letters instead of arrows), support for menus
larger than the screen, and a new default theme
were added.

The border that being added to panels was fixed.
