database/wishlist that allows members to keep

what items other members would like to receive.

This release adds two new options, anonymous purchasing and
rows-per-page for your own items, a shopping list feature, and a
link to the login page from the signup page. It fixes a bug with
events recurring next year, fixes sort orders to sort by ranking, then
description, and fixes another comment popup bug which occurred due to
quotes. The way comment popups are handled has been changed, so this
should be the end of these problems.
An events system and the long-awaited configuration system were added, meaning no more approve/deny for shopping and new users. Many bugfixes and changes were made.
