pocketpc crosscompiler from x86 linux is a binary
version of the GNU toolchain (gcc and its friends)
to be able to compile programs on an x86 Linux
machine and run them on a PocketPC (Windows CE PDA
with an ARM (a.k.a Xscale) processor).
