Qore Qt4 Module

This initial release is based on libsmoke and provides access to the entire qt4 API as exported by smoke. The module supports hard typing, function and method overloading, and all Qt4 enums and constants to provide relatively direct access to the native Qt4 API in the Qore language. A uic-qore program is included so that Qt4 designer is usable for making GUI prototypes as well. The current documentation basically describes the differences between the underlying C++ Qt4 module and the API as it is exported in Qore.
