Packaged for CTAN. Support has been dropped for non-UTF coding style. Uses T2A font encoding and UTF-8 text encoding.

This release fixes a chapter problem and the bug in the sample.tex file. It adds binary distributions, an installer script for Linux, *BSD, and other Unix variants, and a Klik image that auto-installs serbianc.
