Major bugfixes in the Timesheet and Workgroup sections, code cleanups and finalisation of the database design for the Timesheet/Workgroup and the new Billing engine, and some new admin utils.
This release has complete Workgroup support. Lots of small bugs were found through testing, so the older code is a lot more stable. The timesheet UI has been improved; allowing for multiple adds really cuts down the time of capturing. There is the beginnings of support for email notification for overdue timesheets. Afrikaans language support has been added. There are notes on billing support for the timesheet system.
