Skipstone is a GTK+ Web browser that embeds
Mozilla through libgtkembedmoz. It aims to be a
fast and simple browser with few dependencies. As
of version 1.0.0, support for Apple's Webkit HTML
rendering engine has been added.

Bugfixes to plugin creation in the toolbar. New window calls from Mozilla have been fixed for creation of widgets only if asked for. The ContentHandler API from Mozilla has been implemented.
This release improves the Look-and-Feel for Gtk+2 by using Gtk+2 stock
icons for buttons and menu items, adds a new tab loading image, and
fixes font settings for XFT users, a problem with switching language
fonts, and other problems.
More GTK+ 2.0 conversions; it compiles against Mozilla 1.7 as well now. There is a new Default theme along with PNG support for theme files. Printing has been fixed. SkipDownload has been updated to work with the latest wget. All plugins work with the Gtk+ 2.0 version now. There are many more fixes and enhancements.
