This release is focused on resolving most annoying long-standing issues. A new GVFS plugin has been introduced, replacing the obsolete gnome-vfs2 subsystem.
Newly ported to he FreePascal compiler, this version introduces native x86_64 (AMD-64) platform support as well as standard i386. Coming with two archiving plugins (RAR and tar.gz/bz2), this version continues to increase user convenience and usability. RPM packages have been introduced as well.
Module loading during startup has been fixed, and some extra debug info
added. All plugins in the binary package are now compiled with gcc 3.3
for better compatibility (libstdc++). Incorrect item coloring in the
main panel has been fixed. Loading of duplicate plugins in different
paths is prevented. An annoying bug in the gnome-vfs plugin has been
fixed (some files were not listed). Some commandline parameters have
been added and fixed (the ability to force the GUI language). The
Czech translation has been updated; other languages are still partly
translated.
