This release fixes translation console encoding. It fixes a bug with core Webmin translations. It removes Google translation console and replaces it with Reverso.

Translator name information was added to the send translations section and e-mail content to the Webmin translations team was updated to be more consistent regarding to the translation type. A "trans_name" variable was added in the config.info file and the webmin core modules list was updated. A problem with the "module.info" translation that occurred when it did not have descriptions for all module languages was fixed.
