Window Maker

Along with the usual bugfixes, this release brings lots of new
features. The most important and visible one is the ability to share
appicons between applications of the same class, which is better
implemented now than anytime in the past. Another new feature is the
ability of the Dock/Clip to steal appicons of applications started by
other means (such as the main menu or a terminal) and attach them, if
there is a similar appicon docked and not running.

libPropList is no longer required for compilation. There are other bugfixes.

Maintenance and bugfix release, with emphasis on a patch for a potential buffer overflow.

GNOME, appicons, and other display fixes, a few performance/speed enhancements, an API change in WINGs, and a number of other updates to WINGs and the wraster lib.

Fixes for a messup in get-{wings,wutil,wraster}-flags, a #wmdatadir# substitution in wmaker.inst, broken panels, and internationalization, removal of spurious focus disabling for GNUstep applications, changing of window levels to match GNUstep, renaming se.po to sv.po, a new version of wkdemenu.pl, updated Slovak translations, integration of the no-polling patch, and a new wsetfont script.
