Hi, Something really odd just happened and I am not sure why. When I start Emacs from the Finder or from the dock, I get the following error whenever I try to type: Wrong type argument: commandp, help-insert-xref-button I can clear this from the menu bar by, say, going to Preferences... which opens the customization buffer. If I start Emacs from a shell (Terminal.app) by open /Applications/Emacs.app this does not happen. I use desktop mode, but I deleted the desktop file in case it was keeping some weird information. I also restarted the machine just in case, but it still happens. Any clues? Or better yet, any fixes?
