ヘルプを開くとメニューのアイコンやらが、全部正常に出ていない。
「について」を開くと、中身真っ白。ｗ

あれ？ PHP 版以外にPython 版とかも about ダイアログがおかしいみたいです。
次回リリース時に対応しようと思います。

修正版をリリースしました。
eclipse.ini の -product 指定に問題があり、Windows 版でのみ発生していました。
本日中にミラーサイトへも行き渡ると思います。
