No, you did not; (at least not from a current source).

Okay, that much looks correct.

You still haven't shown this, but ...

This shows a repository version, for gcc-core-bin, of 6.3.0-1, which is
long out of date -- it should be 8.2.0-5.  Please review these threads,
(from January-2020):

These relate to issues arising from using, initially, an obsolete
version of mingw-get, and subsequently, an updated mingw-get with a
stale profile.xml configuration, (which I suspect may be the problem, in
your case).
