CompactHTML to XHTML(kddi),JHTML(softbank) convert apache module. The contents conversion middleware for the main carrying of Japan is made as a module for Apache2.x.

- libiconvの廃止し、glibc/iconvを使用するように変更。
注）libiconvを使用しない場合は、libiconvをアンインストール後、
再インストールが必要。
- configureオプションの変更。
+ --with-apache-headerは通常必要なし。
+ --with-iconvは廃止。
+ --with-pcre-configの追加。(ap_regex.hが無い環境用でpcre-configを自動で探せない場合に必要）
