------------------------- REMOTE_ADDR = 61.204.181.66 REMOTE_HOST = URL = http://ruby-gnome2.sourceforge.jp/?Gdk%3A%3APixmap ------------------------- = class Gdk::Pixmap Pixmaps are offscreen drawables. They can be drawn upon with the standard drawing primitives, then copied to another drawable (such as a Gdk::Window) with Gdk::Drawable#draw_drawable. The depth of a pixmap is the number of bits per pixels. Bitmaps are simply pixmaps with a depth of 1. (That is, they are monochrome bitmaps - each pixel can be either on or off). == Object Hierarchy * Object * GLib::Instantiatable * GLib::Object * Gdk::Drawable * Gdk::Pixmap == Class Methods --- Gdk::Pixmap.new(window, width, height, depth) Create a new pixmap with a given size and depth. * window: a Gdk::Window, used to determine default values for the new pixmap. Can be nil if depth is specified. * width: The width of the new pixmap in pixels. * height: The height of the new pixmap in pixels. * depth: The depth (number of bits per pixel) of the new pixmap. If -1, and window is not nil, the depth of the new pixmap will be equal to that of window. * Returns: the new Gdk::Pixmap --- Gdk::Pixmap.create_from_data(window, data, width, height, depth = nil, fg = nil, bg = nil) Creates a new pixmap/bitmap(depth=nil) from data in XBM format. * window: a Gdk::Window, used to determine default values for the new pixmap. Can be nil, in which case the root window is used. * data: a String containing the XBM data. * width: the width of the new pixmap in pixels. * height: the height of the new pixmap in pixels. * depth: the depth (number of bits per pixel) of the new pixmap, or nil for the bitmap. * fg: the foreground color(Gdk::Color), or nil for the bitmap. * bg: the background color(Gdk::Color), or nil for the bitmap. * Returns : the new Gdk::Pixmap --- Gdk::Pixmap.create_from_xpm(window, transparent_color, filename) Create a pixmap from a XPM file. * window: a Gdk::Window, used to determine default values for the new pixmap. * transparent_color: the Gdk::Color to be used for the pixels that are transparent in the input file. Can be nil, in which case a default color will be used. * filename: the filename of a file containing XPM data. * Returns: [pixmap, mask] * pixmap: a new Gdk::Pixmap * mask: a new Gdk::Pixmap of a bitmap representing the transparency mask of the XPM file. --- Gdk::Pixmap.colormap_create_from_xpm(window, colormap, transparent_color, filename) Create a pixmap from a XPM file using a particular colormap. * window: a Gdk::Window, used to determine default values for the new pixmap. Can be nil if colormap is given. * colormap: the Gdk::Colormap that the new pixmap will be use. If nil, the colormap for window will be used. * transparent_color: the color to be used for the pixels that are transparent in the input file. --- Gdk::Pixmap.create_from_xpm_d(window, transparent_color, data) Create a pixmap from data in XPM format. * window: a Gdk::Window, used to determine default values for the new pixmap. * transparent_color: This color will be used for the pixels that are transparent in the input file. Can be nil in which case a default color will be used. * data: a String containing the XPM data. * Returns: [pixmap, mask] * pixmap: a new Gdk::Pixmap * mask: a new Gdk::Pixmap of a bitmap representing the transparency mask of the XPM file. --- Gdk::Pixmap.colormap_create_from_xpm_d(window, colormap, transparent_color, data) Create a pixmap from data in XPM format using a particular colormap. Can be nil, in which case a default color will be used. * Returns: [pixmap, mask] * pixmap: a new Gdk::Pixmap * mask: a new Gdk::Pixmap of a bitmap representing the transparency mask of the XPM file. --- Gdk::Pixmap.create_from_xbm(window, filename) Create a pixmap from data in XBM format. ((* X11 version only *)) * window: a Gdk::Window, used to determine default values for the new pixmap. Can be nil, in which case the root window is used. * filename: the filename of a file containing XBM data. * Returns: a new Gdk::Pixmap --- gl_capable? ((*Ruby/GtkGlExt*)) Returns whether the pixmap is OpenGL-capable. * Returns: true if the pixmap is OpenGL-capable, false otherwise. --- gl_drawable ((*Ruby/GtkGlExt*)) Returns the Gdk::GLDrawable held by the pixmap. In fact, this is a macro that casts the result of Gdk::Pixmap#gl_pixmap to Gdk::GLDrawable. * Returns: the Gdk::GLDrawable. --- gl_pixmap ((*Ruby/GtkGlExt*)) Returns the Gdk::GLPixmap held by the pixmap. * Returns: the Gdk::GLPixmap. --- set_gl_capability(glconfig) ((*Ruby/GtkGlExt*)) Set the OpenGL-capability to the pixmap. This function creates a new Gdk::GLPixmap held by the pixmap. * glconfig: a Gdk::GLConfig. * Returns: the Gdk::GLPixmap used by the pixmap if it is successful, nil otherwise. --- unset_gl_capability ((*Ruby/GtkGlExt*)) Unset the OpenGL-capability of the pixmap. This function destroys the Gdk::GLPixmap held by the pixmap. * Returns: self - - ((<Scritch>)) - Add a part of Ruby/GtkGlExt - - ((<Masao>)) - Add a part of Ruby/GTK + * ((<Scritch>)) - Add a part of Ruby/GtkGlExt + * ((<Masao>)) - Add a part of Ruby/GTK
