Project Description

GEPETTO is an application developped in Java language dedicated to gene (or protein) prioritization.

GEPETTO was born in a partnership between the LBGI (Laboratoire de Bioinformatique et Génomique Intégratives) from Strasbourg and the Institute of Vision from Paris in the context of the AMD (Age-related Macular Degeneration) study.

To run GEPETTO, you need to know only the gene symbols (or the Uniprot accession) of the training / test sets of genes (or proteins).
