trac 0.12.3 is installed under debian and tracs use sqlite database. when i go to Admin / Ganttcalendar / Holiday Setting and press "Create table and insert some holidays." i get this error:

Trac detected an internal error: ProgrammingError: Cannot operate on a closed cursor.

any ideas? thanks.
