Hello. Posting to TOMOYO mailing lists by non ML members is processed by list moderators. But due to an unexpected system configuration change which I was not aware of, list moderators were not able to receive notification mails for pending requests. As a result, at least since June 2022, both spam and non-spam postings had been left unprocessed. Sorry as if behaving like dead mailing lists. Also, like you and raven4 reported this week, recent ccs-patch tarballs contained a Makefile error that causes a build failure.
