よくみたらcontrib、cgi-bin、docフォルダが一つ上のフォルダにうつってます(traccontrib、traccgi-bin、tracdoc)。

恥ずかしい問題ですね(汗。インストール先をきちんと設定できてないのが問題でした。 次回バージョンにて早々に修正します。
