Usability = efficiency with which a user can perform
required tasks with a product.


If, for any reason, the user delete or rename the theme
selected by default, it results in a blank screen.

There's no information about the missing object!

Same kind of Usability issue if a module is missing.

"Module File for *MODULE* Not Found!"

The all system is blocked!

Alike a Car, you can drive without some extra options.
If you still have your motor and wheels.
And your operative system will not stop because an extra
application is corrupted.

A Xoops module depend on Legacy.
But Legacy don't depend on that Xoops module.

Maybe XOOPS Cube can work with the only required engine and
render. To not be block Users by such issues.
And let them remove the corrupt module.

I'll add Exeption Event for theme's problem.

And, "*MODULE* Not Found", We'll fix it in Legacy 2.2.
