xdpyinfo reports DPI set to 2032x2032. This effect
some applications (e.g. perltk). Should probably be 75x75.

Xqt -dpi 75 does not resovle problem.

More information. xdyinfo is reporting the screen size as
8x6mm, I suspect that 8x6cm or 80x60mm would be more correct
and would also solve the DPI problem.

More info. The DPI is calculated. The call to
DisplayWidthMM is returning 8mm when the screen is actually
75mm.

More info. If I use .8 xqt then I do not have this problem,
DPI is 75 and physical geometry reported from xdpyinfo is
217x163 millimeters.
Looking at the CVS tree it appears that the major difference
from .8 to .9 the support for rotation. I suspect that
created the bug.
