My Debian Testing box just got an Qt6 update to 6.3.1 (from 6.2), and meson based build does not find Qt6 any more.

The problem seems to be that it does not find moc. One can set PATH before the build so that it works.

Probably related:
WARNING: pkgconfig variable 'host_bins' not defined for dependency Qt6Core.

Not seen in a long time, and it wasn't freeciv bug -> closing
