I don't know of a solution yet, but someone else on complete another architecture (Asus T100TAF) found a workaround by choosing a specific 'Vulkan'-boot option: https://www.facebook.com/groups/381498159345464/permalink/389148875247059/

"Things that DON'T work out of the box; ... touch support. This is kinda important. Once fully booted, after install, reboot and at the fancy grub menu, go to advanced options and select "Vulkan" mode (experimental). I'm not entirely sure what that means or does but it fixes touch input."

"Vulkan is an API who was developed to replace OpenGL. it's very new and it uses the concept where the codes drive directly the hardware regardless the operating system. i am very surprised it works good on T100 and it id a very good thing because i am convinced Vulkan is the futur."
