We have globalized the feature that sets up descriptions (such as a text body that gives additional instructions on what users are asked to write on tickets) based on the ticket type during ticket submit. It allows you to set up descriptions in multiple languages from the ticket type edit page. Once you’re done setting up, the descriptions will be shown in different languages. When there are no descriptions set up for different languages, English message will show. If no English message is being set up, nothing will show.
