There's a new voting feature that allows you to evaluate each ticket individually.

As default setting, the feature is turned off. To use the feature, go to Ticket's "Admin" page and turn it on. You can either vote plus evaluation or minus evaluation.

• Each plus evaluation will be counted as 1 point, and each minus evaluation will be counted as -1 point.
• Only logged in users can cast their votes.
• Each user has only one vote.

When the voting feature is turned on, you can make searches on each ticket for the total number of casted votes, score, voting ratio, and such.
