English description of "BGAlpha" is wrong

The english description of "Configuration > System > Display Option > BGAlpha" is wrong.

This option controls the transparency of the playing lanes in the playing screen.

In fact, the description uses "transparency" with the meaning of "opacity".
A value of "0" will have full transparency, or no opacity.
A value of "255" will have no transparency, or full opacity.
In case you want to use it in the description, the adjective for "opacity" is "opaque"
So, "transparency, transparent", opposite "opacity, opaque"

Additionally, the value can only be set up to "254". (Should be "255")

The opaque degree for playing screen and wallpaper.
0=no opacity, 255=full opacity.

Actually, I think the adjective is not needed.

The degree of opacity for (...).
0=no opacity, 255=full opacity

That would be okay, I think.
For (...), I think it only affects the lane opacity, doesn't it? So "playing screen and wallpaper" would be a wrong description.

I looked at the japanese description, it also describes that it affects the wallpaper. Isn't it wrong?
