Ticket details:

At least my own behavior is that I never use freeciv's soundtrack features when actually playing, for the reason that I keep the client constantly open, and not closed between sessions/turns, and one definitely don't want to hear freeciv music playing 24h/day when doing completely other things, and cannot be bothered to constantly turn it on and off from the settings.
The solution I'm testing here is to pause the music when freeciv loses focus.
