Ticket details:
Having autotools based "Makefile" with the default name under Msys2 while meson based one is "Makefile.meson" is not good any more. 1) One may accidentally use it (as it's the default) even when expecting to do meson based build (I've done that a couple of times myself, already) 2) We should free the default name for use by meson based system once we are ready to make it the default.
