Like XYZ says in http://forum.freeciv.org/f/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=92129 , it would be good to be able to define requirements for where map generator places resources. Currently resource extra's requirements are ignored in that case. That's because for extras that can be both placed by map generator, and later built, the build related requirements might be too strict to be used in map generator.
