In work to better separate (to avoid files from different builds mixing) msys2 autotools and meson builds installer_msys2/meson/ subdirectory is being used as the output directory for meson based builds. We're going to want installer_cross builds to follow similar structure. First we need to move current installer_cross/meson/ out of the way.
