This version adds a folder permissions dialog and adds the ability to
export to both CSV and vCard. It includes fixes for public folders and
the contact dialog.
This release reworks the task dialog to make it look more like MS Outlook, ports the KDE date selection widget, ports the KDE locale object so that the date and time format may be configured, and changes the date fields to use a timestamp data type.
