The application is now completely multithreaded,
which allows for smoother operation. TV tuning has
been implemented, so CamStream is now fully
functional with TV cards. Besides saving and
transferring snapshots with FTP, it is now
possible to use a script. The FTP code has been
rewritten. A new user manual was written.

This is a pre-release, since the documentation
hasn't been updated yet. The code will probably
not change for the "real" 0.27 version. The
application is completely multithreaded, which
should give a smoother interface. The FTP code has
been rewritten. TV tuning is now implemented, so
CamStream can be used to watch TV now.

0.26.2

This release fixes a problem with webcams that only support RGB24 or RGB32 palettes. Also, the 'configure' script was fixed (a second run would not build the Makefiles properly and linking would fail).
