Critical Mass

This version adds a Boss level. "Game Over" has been changed to look less pixelated. Sub-menus for audio and video configuration were added.

This release adds an online update checker, a
simple scroller to display updates, miscellaneous
eye-candy, a volume control for music and sound
effects, weapon and ammo display inside the
critterboard, and new menu options to control
starfield, nebulas, non 4:3 resolutions, and
vertical ship movement. Two new levels were added.
The documentation was updated. A number of bugs
were fixed and support for gcc 4.0.1 was added.

Support for GCC 4.0 was added, a sound issue when hovering over selectable text was fixed, and mission tips were added to the menu.

The "Hello Wiener" level was re-added. Updates were made for GCC 3.4 and for building on OS X. Default key bindings were added for secondary and tertiary weapons to support one-button Mac mice. Better ASCII support was implemented for when entering the pilot's name.

This release adds support for changing the resolution at runtime as well as an option to restart the game when you didn't make the top ten. There are minor fixes and updates.
