Rotation buttons that set the Orientation EXIF
attribute were added. The cursor is set to an
hourglass when loading images. A "Loading..."
image is overlaid when loading the next image. The
image size is saved to a state file, removing an
automatic resize on the initial load.
ExifTagger now has user preferences for image
scaling algorithm and jump size. ExifTagger
resumes to the last photo visited. A manual was
added, accessible through the GUI. Images are now
shown in correct orientation in the main window if
the EXIF Orientation tags are set. UTF8 for fields
is now supported. Numerous other bugs were fixed.
This release adds DateTimeOrig field to the main interface, a popup viewer for all exif tags, and an open dialog to select a directory of images to process (instead of taking them as ARGV). It will not crash if no images are passed on the command line. Paths have been changed such that installation into /usr/local should work correctly.
