freecode-submit is a tool to submit version updates to
freecode.com. It is designed to run from within a
project release script, and uses freecode.com's XML-
RPC interface. (This project was formerly named freshmeat-submit.)

This release has a query mode that can retrieve project metadata in editable form. It properly deletes URLs not present in your update list. Request withdrawal is implemented. The license has been changed to BSD.
