This version has been successfully compiled on Mac
OS X. Preferences are stored to $HOME/.gav if
$HOME exists, or to ./gav.ini otherwise. The size
of the window can be set by the -w and -h
command-line parameters. Joystick support was
added. A couple of leaks were removed from the
code. A network game with different themes now
works correctly. The network connection phase no
longer blocks. The network protocol has changed,
and is no longer compatible with old versions.
